1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anonfolio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Anonfolio is provided by its creator (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of Service

Anonfolio is a privacy-first wealth tracking application. It allows you to record and visualize your financial portfolio, including stocks, crypto, real estate, liabilities, and subscriptions, without requiring any personally identifiable information.

3. Accounts & License Keys

• Access is granted via a randomly generated license key. This key is your sole credential.
• You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. We cannot recover it if lost.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your license key to others.
• One license key corresponds to one account.

4. Free & Premium Plans

• Free plan: Includes all core features with a 2,000 block storage limit.
• Premium plan: $2/month or $18.99/year. Increases storage to 50,000 blocks and includes priority support and advanced insights.
• Payments are processed by DodoPayments. By subscribing, you also agree to DodoPayments's terms of service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without permission.
• Impersonate another user or misuse license keys belonging to others.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect no personally identifiable information. All financial data is associated only with your anonymous license key.

7. Data Accuracy

Anonfolio uses math-based projections and user-provided data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, projections, or financial insights. The Service is not financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for investment decisions.

8. Availability & Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonfolio and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
