Our Philosophy

Anonfolio is built on a simple idea: your financial data is yours alone. We designed the entire system so that we cannot identify you, even if we wanted to. No email, no password, no personal information. Just an anonymous license key.

What We Collect

• License key: A randomly generated string used to authenticate your session. It is not linked to any personal information.
• Financial data you enter: Assets, liabilities, subscriptions, transactions, and settings. Stored in our database associated only with your license key.
• Basic analytics: Anonymous page-view counts and error logs to keep the service running. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no tracking pixels.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Email addresses or phone numbers
• Names, addresses, or government IDs
• IP addresses (not stored or logged)
• Browser fingerprints or device identifiers
• Third-party tracking cookies

Data Storage & Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase infrastructure. Your financial records are associated solely with your anonymous license key, so there is no personally identifiable information to link them to.

Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through DodoPayments, our payment gateway. Anonfolio never sees, stores, or processes your payment card details. DodoPayments handles all billing information under their own privacy policy. The only data shared between DodoPayments and Anonfolio is your subscription status (active/inactive) linked to your license key.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. Period. Since we hold no personal information, we have nothing meaningful to share even if compelled.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Since there is no email or identity on file, we cannot recover your data after deletion.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Anonfolio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
